About The Host: Sean has been a local Realtor for almost 20 years, as well as an investor in real estate and other ventures. He loves his hometown of Jupiter, Florida and never plans to leave! Sean’s hobbies include keeping his daughter, Chloe, entertained, boating, fishing, poker, cross-fit, and cars. Sean loves to host many guests, and also enjoys being a guest at other rental homes on his travels. Always live life one day at a time!
About The Area
Chloe’s Casita is set in a single family home community in the heart of town. There are sidewalks to enjoy for exercise or a fun stroll to the park. This absolutely beautiful area is only minutes from the beach, a baseball game (spring training), or a great game of golf. Local dining and shopping is unlimited. If you’re a fisherman or scuba diver, the list of charters is endless. Jupiter also offers some of the best paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, boating, and surfing on the east coast of Florida. After a long day of fun, Jupiter is known for its waterfront nightlife. Prepare to have a great time while you’re here visiting. We as hosts are happy to offer some guidance if you request.
